OPERATION UNDER USUAL CONDITIONS ICE MACHINE
SITING REQUIREMENTS
Exact placement of the ice machine within the Force Provider Electric Kitchen will be determined by the
requirements of the unit, kitchen TEMPER layout, and the preference of the mess personnel.
Potable water and 115VAC power connections must be available.
A minimum clearance of five-inches must be available for the rear and sides for proper condenser air flow
and utility connections.
Drain lines for the ice machine and bin must be separate and well pitched, leading to an open or trapped
drain within ten-feet of the ice machine.
