HOOK TIE DOWN ASSEMBLY
Remove nuts and washers (1) from underside of platform assembly.
Remove hook tie down (2) and mounting bracket.
Replace defective parts.
Reinstall mounting bracket and hook tie down (2). Secure with nuts and washers (1).
