SITING REQUIREMENTS
Exact placement of the kettle within the Force Provider Electric Kitchen will be determined by the
requirements of the unit, kitchen TEMPER layout, and the preference of the mess personnel.
Clearance Requirements:
8-inches of clearance on sides
12-inches of clearance from back
6-inch to 28-inch pour path
NOTE
Different manufacturers have supplied 20-gallon steam kettles to Force Provider modules.
Significant differences in operation will be noted by the manufacturer's name. The kettle in
any given module may be different from those described here.
