SITING REQUIREMENTS
Exact placement of the steam table within the Force Provider Electric Kitchen will be determined by the
requirements of the unit, kitchen TEMPER layout, and the preference of the mess personnel. The steam
table is portable, and can be wheeled to different locations within the Force Provider Electric Kitchen as
needed.
The steam table requires a 208VAC, 40A connection to operate as a hot food service line. No power is
required for cold food service.
