b. Pack the splash plates, sifters and pitchers in the bottom rack of a rack set, and place the second
rack on top of the bottom one so they are nested

a. Wrap the pot covers and sharpening stone in cushioning material.
b. Secure with tape.
13. Locate 27 food serving and storage pans, and three food serving pan covers (box of six, 18 total).
Place these items into their fiberboard containers. Pack these items into a storage rack. Place the
second rack on top of the bottom one so they are nested.
