Tool Kit, General Mechanics (WP 0055, Table 2, Item 1)
Remove nut (1), washer (2), and machine screw (3) at both ends of bench level (4).
Discard defective bench level.
Reinstall bench level (4) with machine screws (3), washers (2), and nuts (1).
